I’ve found that giving it a little water every other day seems to keep the plant happy during spring and summer – just allowing the surface of the soil to become dry. Too much water and plants may develop root rot, but you do need to keep the soil moist – especially during summer. Anthurium doesn’t like soil that’s too wet or too dry.
